Z Route: Redemption Official Website and Channels
The official pages of Z Route: Redemption are its Google Play and App Store listings, a Discord server and a Facebook page. Support answers at support@zrrglobal.com and global.support@37games.com. Anything else that claims to be the official site, including APK download pages, needs a second look.
Official Store Pages
The two store listings are the only places to download the game. Both carry the same name, and the Android link holds the package name com.zroute.global. Check that name in the address bar before you tap Install.
| Page | Link | Listed as |
|---|---|---|
| Google Play | Z Route: Redemption on Google Play | Developer 37GAMES GLOBAL |
| App Store (US) | Z Route: Redemption on the App Store | Seller BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED |
| Discord | Game Discord invite | Community server |
| Game Facebook page | Community page | |
| Support | support@zrrglobal.com | Main support address |
The Discord and Facebook links come from pages the game itself points to: the Discord invite sits in the description of the official community page, and the support link of the iOS listing leads to the Facebook page. The game also has a community on VK, a Russian social network, which this wiki does not link.
Publisher and Developer
Google Play shows 37GAMES GLOBAL as the developer of Z Route: Redemption. The contact block below it names Wiseness Network Online International Ltd as the legal entity. On the US App Store the seller is BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED, and the iPhone listing carries the id 6762268182.
The three names differ because each store lists its own account. Match the package name or the store id instead of the company name when you check a link.
Support and Contacts
Email support@zrrglobal.com for any question, or global.support@37games.com, which Google Play also shows. Inside the game, one source points to User Center > Feedback. Data requests, such as deleting personal information, go by email under the privacy policy, and the account page covers that route.
Put your server, device and the exact error text into the first message. A screenshot of the error helps support find the case. For crashes and download errors, try the steps on the FAQ page first.
Fake Sites and APKs
Pages that offer download mirrors, "mod" files or Diamonds for sale are not part of the game. Only the two store listings above install the game. A mirror lists a copy of the file that you cannot verify, and it is not tied to the store version.
Real gift codes are redeemed inside the game, never on a website. Use the gift codes page for the current list and the path to the Redeem Code window.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Z Route Redemption have an official website?
The official pages of the game are its Google Play and App Store listings, plus a Discord server and a Facebook page. This wiki is an unofficial fan site and does not speak for the developer. For news and rules, read the store pages, and for account or data requests, use the support email.
Is there an official Z Route Redemption Discord?
Yes. A Discord invite appears in the description of the game's official community page, and this page links it. Treat Discord as a community space and take account or data requests to the support email, because other members cannot touch your account.
Who makes Z Route Redemption?
Google Play lists 37GAMES GLOBAL as the developer, and its contact block names Wiseness Network Online International Ltd as the legal entity. The US App Store lists BUILDING-BLOCKS NETWORK TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED as the seller. All three names point to the same game and the same package, com.zroute.global.
How do I contact Z Route Redemption support?
Email support@zrrglobal.com or global.support@37games.com, or write through User Center > Feedback in the game. The first address also appears in the privacy policy, which promises a reply to data requests within one month. The account page explains the data request step by step.
Is it safe to download the APK from another site?
The wiki cannot vouch for any file outside the two stores. The game runs on the developer's servers, so an edited file cannot add resources, and pages that offer one often ask for your login. Install from the official listings below. Free Diamonds come from gift codes.
