Capitol Conquest in Z Route: Redemption
Capitol Conquest is a scheduled alliance and server event centered on the Capitol. It opens at Base level 15 and starts on the server schedule, not from a quest. The server fight that ends at the Capitol is called Expedition Frenzy: servers earn initiative points all week, then attack or defend the Capitol and four Batteries on Saturday. This page covers the schedule, the rules, the points and the related events Clash of Eight Nations and Mad Vein.
Capitol Conquest Explained
Alliances fight for control of the Capitol during scheduled battle windows. One guide says that holding the Capitol for 60 minutes contributes to victory, and that 15 event tasks pay bonus items during the battle period, which count rallies and reinforcements of the Capitol. Because the event is tied to the server clock, you cannot begin it yourself from a quest.
Expedition Frenzy also opens at Base level 15 and is listed as its own event. The two share the Capitol, so most of the rules below apply to both. The events page shows where they sit in the weekly cycle, and the world map page explains the zones around the Capitol.
Capitol Conquest Schedule
One guide describes the Expedition Frenzy week like this. Servers prepare from Monday to Friday and collect initiative points. The higher score becomes the attacker and the lower score the defender. The capture happens on Saturday in the order below; the exact hours depend on your server, so follow the countdown in the event window.
| Day | What happens |
|---|---|
| Saturday | Attacker and defender assigned |
| Saturday | Attackers gain entry |
| Saturday | Capitol and Batteries lose protection; capture begins |
| Saturday | Protection returns if capture unfinished |
| Sunday | Attackers lose access |
Capture ends after up to 4 hours. If the capture is not finished in that window, protection returns and the Capitol cannot be taken until the next cycle.
Expedition Frenzy Points
The week has two scoreboards. Initiative points belong to the server and come from wins in other events, so they reward a strong week everywhere, not only on Saturday. One guide says these points only choose the roles and give no rewards of their own.
| Server action | Initiative points |
|---|---|
| Enemy truck pillage | 100 |
| Pandora victory | 50,000 |
| Giant Invader total damage win | 250,000 |
| Mission Readiness MVP | 2,000 |
| Alliance Competition MVP | 6,000 |
| Giant Invader damage MVP | 150,000 |
Personal points are earned during the capture and fill your reward chests. The values come from one guide. Read the VS page and the Pandora page to see how to win the events that feed the initiative score.
| Personal action | Points |
|---|---|
| Capitol or Battery occupation per second | 25 |
| Reduce enemy base defense per HP | 10 |
| Destroy enemy base | 50,000 |
Killing enemy soldiers in the Capital or a Battery also scores, and the value depends on the soldier tier. A level 1 soldier gives 12 points and each tier adds 6, up to 66 points for a level 10 soldier. Bring the best troops you have. The troops page lists the tiers.
Rewards and Chests
Your personal points open reward chests at fixed thresholds. The guides list 9 of them, from 125,000 to 1,500,000 points.
| Chest | Personal points |
|---|---|
| 1 | 125,000 |
| 2 | 250,000 |
| 3 | 375,000 |
| 4 | 500,000 |
| 5 | 625,000 |
| 6 | 750,000 |
| 7 | 1,000,000 |
| 8 | 1,250,000 |
| 9 | 1,500,000 |
The last chest needs 12 times the points of the first. Occupation pays only 25 points per second, so the first chest equals 5,000 seconds of holding. Kills, base attacks and a destroyed base, which pays 50,000, close the gap faster.
Batteries and Shields
4 Batteries stand around the Capitol, to the north, east, south and west. A captured Battery fires on enemy squads that stand in the Capitol. The base reload is 10 seconds, and every 5 friendly squads in the garrison cut it by 1 second. Each shot hits about 1 percent of a squad's soldiers, so many squads in a Battery shorten the reload while their losses stay small.
The PvP page explains shields and counters in detail.
Clash of Eight Nations
Clash of Eight Nations is the bracket that matches Warzones against each other. One guide says that pairings come from the Warzone Influence Ranking, with a snapshot in season week 4, and that the winner receives Influence. The event window shows a bracket of eight Warzones, with quarterfinals in week 1, and winners move on until one Warzone is the champion.
Mad Vein
Mad Vein is a cross-server event that combines gathering, ore delivery, base defense and a ranking. It has 5 phases: Preview Phase, Contest Phase, Preparation Phase, Contest Phase, Showcase Phase. Two of them are contest phases of 30 minutes each. One guide says scouting a base in Mad Vein does not remove its shield, and gives 600,000 points as a milestone. The resources page covers the ore and resource types you will gather.
Capitol Tips
- Do not wait for a quest to start Capitol Conquest. It runs on the server schedule, so look at the Events list.
- Use the week well. Preparation from Monday to Friday earns initiative points, and those points only decide roles.
- One guide says to give up the Batteries without a fight if the strongest enemy server is coming, and to save your troops.
- Win Battlefield Pandora and the Giant Invader during the preparation days, since those two wins give the biggest initiative scores in the table.
- Ask the leaders of your alliance to agree before Saturday on who takes the Batteries and who holds the Capitol.
- The free teleport that Season 1 adds is described on the Season 1 page.
