Why a Code Is Not Working

When a code fails, one of six things usually went wrong. This table matches each cause to a fix.

Where New Codes Come From

What Codes Give

Codes pay out five kinds of rewards: Diamonds, Resource Chests, one-minute Speedups, Survivor Recruit Tickets and Stamina. Spend them where they count.

Cheat Codes and Hacks

The game has no cheat codes that unlock resources, no console commands and no generator that adds Diamonds. The server grants every reward, so a modified file or a tool on your phone changes nothing on your account. The only legal way to get free items on demand is a gift code from the lists above.
